TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The services made through this package is valid for 2 months from date of purchase.
2. This package is valid for 6-hour sessions only.
3. Sessions can be extended to more than six (6) hours, however, extension charges will apply at RM25/hour.
4. Payment for this package must be made up front and in full and is non-refundable.
5. This package can only be purchased on Kiddocare’s online shop.
6. This package entitles you to three (3) sessions of 6-hours.
7. Bookings can only be made up to 1 month in advance.
8. Once payment is made, a unique code will be sent to your email. To claim the sessions, enter the code in the Discount Code section when you make the booking.
9. When booking using the package discount code, customers will not be required to pay the service fee (of the 6-hour session) but the 7% platform fee will apply based on the original 6-hour session price as well as other surcharges (if applicable).
10. The customer may purchase more than one (1) package and will be assigned one (1) unique code per package.
11. The package is transferable and can be assigned to a different user using the same code. However, once the code is used on the first session, the package can no longer be transferred to another user.
12. Once the code is redeemed three (3) times, the code will automatically be blocked and can no longer be used.
13. Customers are responsible to keep their codes secured.
14. Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
15. This package cannot be used with other discounts, offers, or packages.
16. Services to be rendered are subject to Kiddocarer availability.
17. You can use the unique code to book all three (3) sessions at once, inserting the same code in the “Discount Code” field for each session. Doing so in separate bookings, our system will keep track on how many times a code is used, up to a total of three (3) times, before it becomes invalid
18. Sessions cannot be broken up into several shorter periods of service. If the service ends before 6 hours, no refunds will be provided.
19. All sessions cannot be combined in a single booking.
20. Upon cancellation of a booking made using the package 24 hours or more before the service session, the unused session is returned to the claimable pool, the platform and other charges are not refundable. Unused sessions before validity period cannot be refunded in cash but can be redeemed in later bookings. If cancellation is made at the last minute (less than 24 hours before service is due to start), the session will be considered forfeited, without refund.
21. Other terms and conditions of use and service stated in our web, app or communications still apply.
22. This package is an offer made to the client, there is no compulsion for purchase. Once the purchase is made, the client has agreed to the terms and conditions of the package above.
